Beijing Langqiao Material Technology Co., Ltd. (LQ) announced that it has developed the first of China’s rotation device for plasma spray gun which is also known as "RotaPlasma" (or rotating plasma) in thermal spray industry. This device can rotate an ID plasma spraying torch with speed up to 600rpm without twining the hoses and cables of the system. The launching of this equipment fills a technical gap in the thermal spray industry of China. The rotation device can be used for rotating an ID gun to overlay coating on the internal surface of the auto cylinder bore or cylinder liner with much higher efficiency.

The spraying gun rotation device is applicable on spraying the internal wall of engine cylinder bore
